Copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association
Register of Directors, Officers and Members
Current year stamped Annual Returns if company is more than one year registered
Copy of the lease agreement if the proposed business is to be conducted in a commercial location or letter of intent
Depending on business category certifications/approvals or inspections of any related Government Departments or Authorities as required
