The Department of Commerce & Investment is responsible for the Compliance and Enforcement of the Laws within the Department's remit.
DCI Trade Officers are tasked with the investigation and where necessary, the prosecution of related offences.
Trade Officers shall have all the rights, powers, privileges and immunities of a constable when performing the functions of trade officers and can carry out such instructions as may be given by the Board or the Department of Commerce & Investment.
