Trade and Business Licences are issued electronically following the approval by the Trade & Business Licensing Board, therefore copies of your licence can be easily provided via email at your request. If you have submitted for a new licence or renewed an existing licence, you should expect to receive the licence or alternatively the board's decision within 5-15 business days following the meeting. If you do not receive the licence or during this period, you are advised to contact the Department of Commerce via email at info@dci.gov.ky for information on the status of your application.
Additional printed copies of licences can be obtained at DCI business licensing counter located on the ground floor of the Government Administration Building for a fee of CI$10 per copy.
